# Kayyal (كيّال)

> Kayyal is an independent AI cost consultant and procurement guide for home renovation and furniture in the UAE. It is in pre-launch: free content and the waitlist open on 1 December 2026, the service launches in Dubai in January 2027, and Abu Dhabi follows. The service is not live yet.

What Kayyal will do once it opens (planned, not yet available):
- Check a homeowner's renovation quote (PDF, photo or WhatsApp screenshot, English or Arabic) on WhatsApp.
- Compare each line with cited UAE price ranges in AED and give a Kayyal Score from 0 to 100, with missing items, overpriced lines and risky terms.
- Draft questions and requests for pricing to contractors and suppliers, and compare bids side by side.
- Check furniture and FF&E quotes the same way (fair price per item, missing specs, delivery and warranty terms), help source pieces from UAE retailers and local makers, and suggest furniture that matches a homeowner's style or room photos.
- Let contractors, material suppliers, furniture suppliers and makers list for free and receive clear requests for pricing.

Facts:
- Independence: contractors cannot pay for leads or rankings. Any commission from a furniture retailer or maker is shown to the buyer.
- Quotes are only added to the price database with the owner's consent, after names, phone numbers, addresses and contractor identities are removed.
- Kayyal gives cost and procurement guidance. It is not an engineering, structural or legal sign-off.
- Paid placements (for example by furniture suppliers) are labelled "Sponsored | إعلان" and never change a score or ranking.
- Languages: English and Arabic.
